Welcome to the BitBeads creator program. This Creator Agreement (this "Agreement") is a supplemental contract between you and the developer ("we", "us", or "our") governing your application to become a creator, your publication and sale of works on the marketplace, and related services.
By tapping agree, submitting a creator application, or using creator features, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement. If any term conflicts with our User Agreement or Privacy Policy, the terms that specifically address creator activities shall prevail; all other matters remain governed by those documents.
Patterns and related materials you publish or sell on the marketplace ("Works") must be your original creations or works you are fully authorized to commercialize, and must not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights. Where third-party material is included, you are responsible for obtaining licenses and for providing evidence when requested.
Without limiting your ownership of copyright in your Works, you grant us a non-exclusive license, with the right to sublicense solely to technical service providers as needed, to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use the Works within the platform as reasonably necessary to operate the marketplace, fulfill purchases, and provide downloads.
We may remove, disable, or restrict Works in response to notices, reports, legal process, or administrative requirements. You agree to cooperate and provide proof of rights where appropriate. You are responsible for disputes arising from your content and shall indemnify us and affected third parties for losses caused by your infringement or misrepresentation.
Pricing, creator earnings (in platform "Jindou" units), lock-up periods, withdrawal requirements, and exchange between Jindou and Caidou follow what we show in the App and related pages. Our user-facing nominal scale is 10 Caidou : 10 Jindou : 1 CNY (1 Caidou and 1 Jindou share the same step on this scale; fiat settlement follows withdrawal and finance rules). We may adjust rules as permitted by law or operational needs and will notify you by reasonable means.
You understand that earnings are recorded in our platform accounts. Fiat withdrawal may require identity and compliance verification and is subject to anti-money-laundering and other laws. Taxes are handled as required by applicable law; withholding or reporting obligations will follow the rules in effect at the time.
Where permitted by law and platform rules, we may process refunds for completed purchases. On refund, virtual currency paid by the buyer may be returned according to platform rules, and the creator's recorded earnings for that order may be clawed back from the creator wallet. If the wallet balance is insufficient, we may suspend withdrawals, pursue recovery, or take other permitted remedies.
We process personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Without our prior written consent, you must not disclose non-public operational data or technical details obtained through the service to third parties or use them for unrelated purposes.
The creator program is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party services, your own conduct, or changes in law. We do not guarantee sales volume or earnings.
We may amend this Agreement; material changes will be communicated via the App or other reasonable channels. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you should stop using creator features and may request account closure or exit where the product supports it.
We may terminate creator access for serious breach or harm to the platform and reserve all legal remedies.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent people's court at the developer's domicile.
