Welcome to BitBeads. This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you and the developer ("we", "us", or "our") regarding the software services of BitBeads. By registering, logging in, or using this App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
2. Account and Services
BitBeads currently supports registration or sign-in through Apple ID, email verification codes, and other supported methods. As a service provided by an independent developer, we aim to offer pixel-art design tools, pattern version management, a community platform, and related features such as the creator marketplace. You must ensure that the email address you provide is authentic and available, keep login verification codes secure, not disclose verification codes to others, and maintain the security of your account. You bear legal responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
3. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership
Your creations: Intellectual property rights in the pixel patterns you design through BitBeads, the community posts you publish, and their related content belong to you.
Use of AI tools: The AI-assisted generation tools provided in this App are for design assistance only. You must ensure that content generated or modified using AI does not infringe the lawful rights and interests of any third party.
App assets: The BitBeads app UI design, brand identity, and built-in algorithms are protected by copyright and owned by the developer.
4. User Conduct
You agree to comply with applicable local laws and regulations when using this service and shall not use the App to engage in the following activities:
Publishing pornographic, violent, hateful, or privacy-infringing content.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or cracking the App.
Using plugins or third-party tools to interfere with the normal operation of the API.
5. Special Terms for AI Image Generation
Nature of the service: AI image generation is an auxiliary creative tool. Generated results are for your personal design reference and lawful use only.
Eligibility and access: AI image generation is currently a membership feature. The available daily usage quota is subject to the real-time display in the App and system configuration.
Necessary authorization: When you actively use the AI image generation feature, you authorize us, to the extent necessary to provide the service, to copy, transmit, store, and process the images you upload, the styles you select, the generated results, and related task information, and to provide such information within the necessary scope to cloud service providers and third-party AI service providers for image generation, result return, troubleshooting, and security risk control.
Content responsibility: You must ensure that uploaded images, input content, and generated results do not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights and interests.
Content restrictions: You may not use the AI image generation feature to generate, upload, or distribute unlawful, pornographic, vulgar, violent, bloody, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, infringing, or otherwise non-compliant content.
No guarantee of results: AI-generated results are probabilistic and may contain deviations, distortions, interruptions, failures, delays, or outcomes that do not meet your expectations. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of generated results.
Quota rules: Daily quota is treated as consumed only when generation succeeds. Tasks that are processing, fail, or are blocked for violations are handled according to system rules.
6. Account Closure and Data Deletion
We fully respect your right to choose. You may request account closure at any time in the App settings. Once your account is closed, we will delete your personal information and image assets stored in Cloudflare R2 in accordance with legal requirements, unless otherwise required by law.
7. Disclaimer
This service is provided on an "as is" basis. As an independent developer, we make reasonable efforts to keep the system stable, but we are not liable for service interruptions caused by Cloudflare server failures, network delays, or force majeure events.
8. Membership Packages
BitBeads offers membership packages to unlock more premium features. Depending on the platform, membership packages may be offered as auto-renewable subscriptions or as one-time purchases for a fixed validity period. Available plans, prices, validity periods, and renewal rules are subject to the purchase screen in the App and the relevant payment platform.
8.1 Plans and Price
Membership packages may include monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans. After a successful purchase or subscription, the membership validity period will be activated or extended according to the purchased plan.
8.2 Renewal Rules
On iOS, membership is generally processed through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP) subscriptions. If the purchase screen or Apple subscription page shows an auto-renewable subscription, it will renew automatically before expiration under Apple's rules. You may cancel auto-renewal in the App Store or Apple ID subscription management; after cancellation, membership benefits remain available until the end of the current paid period.
On Android, membership purchased through Alipay App Pay is a one-time purchase for a fixed validity period and will not renew automatically after expiration. If you wish to continue using membership benefits after expiration, you may purchase another package in the App.
8.3 Payment Channels
Purchases on iOS are processed through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP). Purchases on Android are processed through Alipay App Pay. Available payment channels, prices, credited entitlements, and receipts are subject to the processing results of the relevant platform or payment provider.
8.4 Refunds and Disputes
Once virtual goods or membership entitlements are purchased and delivered, no-reason returns generally do not apply. For payment failures, duplicate charges, missing entitlements, or other disputes, contact us through the in-App support entry or the email address at the end of this Agreement. Matters governed by Apple or Alipay channel rules may also need to be handled under the relevant platform or payment provider process.
9. Consumable In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency (e.g. Caidou)
The App may offer consumable virtual items such as Caidou for marketplace purchases and certain in-App features. Purchases on iOS are processed through Apple In-App Purchase (IAP), and purchases on Android are processed through Alipay App Pay. Uses and prices are subject to the display in the App.
Prices, credited amounts, and invoices or receipts are subject to the relevant payment channel and transaction result. No-reason returns generally do not apply; for disputes, contact us through the in-App support entry or the email address at the end of this Agreement.
Virtual currency is tied to your account and must be used only as permitted by our rules. You must not resell, transfer for consideration, or otherwise disrupt the service.
10. Creator Marketplace, Revenue Share, and Withdrawals (Summary)
Subject to eligibility and review, you may browse and purchase others' works or apply to sell works on the marketplace. Marketplace prices and settlement generally use virtual currency such as Caidou; creator earnings may be recorded in units such as Jindou. Nominal pricing scale, share examples, lock-up, withdrawals, exchanges, and refunds are shown in the App and in the Creator Program Rules.
If you apply to become a creator or continue using creator features, you must also comply with the Creator Agreement (including IP representations, platform enforcement, and cooperation on refunds).
Fiat withdrawals may require identity and payout verification and compliance with anti-money-laundering and other laws. Actual transfers follow approved requests and finance processes.
