Creator Program Rules

Last updated: May 3, 2026

1. Caidou, Jindou, and CNY (single reference scale)

For clarity and reconciliation, we use one nominal ratio:

10 Caidou : 10 Jindou : 1 CNY

2. How much Jindou you earn (revenue share)

For each completed sale, we calculate your Jindou from the listing price in Caidou and the revenue share rate shown to you in the App. We only credit whole Jindou; any fraction is rounded down.

Because 1 Caidou and 1 Jindou are equivalent on our scale, the share rate is simply “that fraction of the Caidou price, in Jindou.” Examples:

Your live rate is shown in the creator hub or wallet.

3. Locked and available balance

After a sale, the related Jindou is first locked. When the lock-up period ends, it becomes available for withdrawal or exchange. The length of lock-up is shown in your wallet or creator hub. When you open the wallet or start a withdrawal or exchange, we will settle any amount that has already matured.

4. Withdrawals

5. Exchanging Jindou for Caidou

Where allowed, you may exchange available Jindou for Caidou. Under our unified scale, 1 Jindou exchanges for 1 Caidou by default. If the App shows a different rate, follow the latest on-screen notice.

6. Refunds

If we refund an order: Caidou paid by the buyer is returned under our rules. The Jindou we credited to you for that order will be clawed back from your wallet by the same amount. We use available Jindou first, then locked Jindou if needed. If your balance is still not enough, the refund may not complete until we work with you to resolve it. Sales and earnings totals will be adjusted accordingly.
